I was sick to death of the previous journal entry so I wanted to put this up instead. Don't know how much activity I'll have on here either way, feeling very unmotivated and lost lately. So yeah, I will post art here once in a while. Maybe.
About style and accusations
So, like I said, a few days ago, a certain person accused me of tracing art because the style and quality keeps changing. I simply explained to them that it largely depends on my mood and what I want to draw. I get inspired easily, when I see great fanart by someone, I look at the eye style, nose style and think "Ooooh that's so pretty!" and try out a similar style.
This accusation has actually been keeping me awake, because it really hurts being accused of something horrible like that when you put all your heart and your soul into your art. It took me a long time to get here, but I still haven't found my art style. Many other artists have t

Man, that really sucks! I remember applying for any job opening in my town over the past two years and getting nothing because I was either too young or had no experience. It's really fucking counter-intuitive. But I finally got a job recently selling coffee at my town's train station (it's only two hours a day, but at least it's something). Anyway, what I'm trying to say is don't give up! You'll find a job eventually, just put in an application everywhere you can even if you think you're not going to get the job because you never know. Maybe you could try a town job like your local library or recreational department? (A lot of people usually don't think of those, but one of my friends works at our public library and he gets paid more than the minimum wage!).
